Orders with more than one item are assigned processing periods according to each item.

Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot control it completely because many stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. You may not receive your order after it has been placed.

The policy is for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
